Does anyone else have devices randomly going offline? It's worse when there's heavy traffic.
SystemAdmin: YMMV, but from my experience — WiFi was a mess with my setup.

Honestly, I'd go with OpenHAB over Hubitat for reliability. Keep in mind the learning curve.
